"Bricking" my Xbox series x when logging out

This is happening more and more so I'm bringing the issue here. When I log out of a character and go back to the main screen and try to go my my main Xbox home screen or another app/game on my Xbox series x, my screen goes completely black, can't even bring up the menu with the main Xbox button on the controller, but the power button on my Xbox is still on, the only way to fix it is to hard turn off my xbox. ESO is the only game or app that does this.

Dolphinsgal✭✭✭Thank you @ZOS_Kevin I didn't do a ticket yet as I wasn't sure if it was just me and my Xbox or if it was happening to others too, and i figured customer service was probably overloaded and didn't want to add to it if it was me. I can definitely send a ticket in though.0
