Does plus spell damage affect class abilities since they use magic? Or does it only affect spellcaster class spells?
Does plus weapon damage only affect weapon skills or does it also affect melee class class skills? Or is it just mouse attacks?

They affcet class skills and +weapon dmg is just weapon dmg

Everything except the last bit. Weapon damage affects regular weapon attacks and weapon abilities that use stamina.----
