Balance issue ideas...also regarding oakensoul

Something was recently brought up to us through the devs, I did comment on another thread, but now that I've had time to really sit and think about the issues the devs are seeing I think I may have figured out a potential fix. Or atleast something for them to try out. Get the entire community involved as well.

Been playing eso since day one 4/4/2014. Primarily a magplar main. I struggled alot in the beginning. As I learned the game, I learned to light attack cancel. But I could never grasp the idea of a dual bar setup. After I completed all the content in the game and reached VR16 I tried to get into vet dungeons and trials, double barring always messes me up. Not because I can't do it, but because I hated that I couldn't see my spears or dark flare crush my enemies. I was too busy making sure that I had seven other damage abilities and buffs active before I could cast my "fun" abilities.

So here's my suggestion, I'm gonna come out with it out the gate and set my case for it afterword. Ready?
REMOVE THE TWO BAR SYSTEM.

I've been playing oakensoul recently and absolutely loving it. But it's not the extra damage or ult gen that I love about it, it's the single bar. All my damage is built upon three skills that I rotate between, with a fourth being an execute and a fifth being my one defensive heal. I've been having an absolute BLAST not having to worry about "did I make sure I was watching the cool down timer on my other six damage skills?"
Even in PvP which I am a five star on my main PC account, it's been ridiculously fun. Not because of the extra damage from oakensoul, but because I can focus on the combat and not a rotation.

So this change, here's what I think will happen. And it will change so much...

-the ceiling will be brought down, vet players won't like it, but zeni is already thinking of ways to *** off the vet community so nothing different there.

-they don't have to mess with light or heavy attacks. It's very easy to learn, I don't understand why players can't learn it? Maybe I'm wrong here and they push through with LA changes planned.

-they don't have to mess with caps or anything else as others have suggested.

-in PVP land, damage will have been dramatically toned down along with tankiness. No more having five damage skills on ur front bar and swapping over to your super tank/ heal bar to ward off pressure.

-...and this one's gonna be a rough pill to swallow, zenith has been complaining about BUFF uptime and the ability to keep up with them...(oakensoul has removed the need to think about these things...and it's been the main reason I love it) SO REMOVE THEM just get rid of the major crit, crit damage, spell damage, armor. Ythey could put more spell damage in sets or armor in armor passive, or crit in armor passive. Boom no more worrying about those uptime.

Zenimax could have a testing phase where they just outright remove the second bar temporarily, leaving the main bar as ur only bar, with the same 6 slots. Lasting maybe a month, and worry about fixing old sets that give the buffs to something else.

Zeni has just fixed power creep through lowering the cieling, but havnt really touched the floor. They've made overland content harder, made the game less stressful to achieve top damage numbers, and here's the biggest one. Your choices in weapon, skills and armor will never have been more important. Having to choose between purge and living dark? Or purifying light and race against time? Those are big decisions!

Thanks for listening. Maybe someone out there can agree even if ur build gets hugely damage nerfed? Also...remove mojor heroism from oakensoul...that is absolutely trash buff

A one bar PVP server where all equipment bonuses are turned off - so just base game giving a completely level playing field with 5 skills and one ultimate.
