Board not opening

Twice in a row today I have attempted to start a game though the activity finder. Both times the board has not even opened and I am only given the option of conceding the match to get control back of the game. I then have to suffer the 10 minute deserter penalty. This is very poor design

Ginge✭This is getting worse. It now requires logging out of the game completely in order to get out of the match. Whatever fix was put in place has just made it worse . . .0
