Nibenese Court Wizard Style pages do not drop when using event keys

... Tested on several character across two accounts, each carrying in excess of 10k Tel Var (which is supposed to guarantee page drops), different vaults, including both IC and dungeon vaults.
Zero pages obtained from ~30 assorted keys.

I had only event keys and 34 Tel Var when I got those pages from the chests. I got 4 or 5 pages in maybe 25-30 keys across the six IC district vaults.

Nope, I specifically went around using the event coffer keys as I had accumulated tons of them. 0 frags in my inventory.0 -

✭✭✭✭✭No key fragments on my main toon, she’s PvE but nightblade so I can sneak her in and out.
As pointed out above, the vaults inside the group dungeons don’t drop the style pages.

When did that change? I was getting them not that long ago from key fragments, and they were dropping from both dungeon vaults (though at the cost of 150 fragments) and only from three of the city district vaults (been doing it all with 10k tel var).0
