ToT is the most balanced card game I’ve ever played.

ToT is balanced. All the decks are balanced. I have played matches and focused on each deck and it is possible to overcome any deck with the deck you favor. What matters most is not the deck but how all the decks are played.

I see people asking or suggesting for certain cards to be nerfed or tinkered when the game itself is very balanced. Please consider that the nerfs will ruin the game by causing a domino effect of nerfs (one nerf leads to the next nerf leads to the next nerf to the next nerf and so forth). So far, I’ve been able to successfully focus on each of the eight decks and have been successful in using them.

I have read on the forums how people get spammed Kahjiit Bewilderment cards or how the Duke Of Crows and the Sea Elf and Saint Pelion deck(s) are broken. A player that focuses on one strategy will not be successful in higher ranked matches. Yes, it’s annoying to play them sometimes but this is not every single encounter you face. It’s like randomly running into the death hunters in Tamriel if you’re a vampire or werewolf, it’s annoying but it doesn’t mean the game is broken.

I think for the players who want nerfs, that everyone in this category just practice more with ToT. Like Sorriene or however her name is spelled says, the more you play, the better you get. Pretty soon you’ll be able to see combos left and right and out of thin air.

Instead of nerfing or modifying a deck, we should be encouraging ZOS to create more decks. The more random variation that is introduced, the more skill a player will need to play (especially when every deck has 1-2 counters).

I believe with time, your depth of the game will grow and you’ll be able to synergistically utilize the decks, but until then, ToT is by far the most balanced thing in ESO.

Due to it's nature saying the game is perfectly balanced is right - when viewed as a game. I would still say there do exist some minor to major gripes when it comes to the evaluation of individual cards. There should not exist any high cost card (5-6 gold+) that you actively want to avoid no matter what. We kinda do have some of those right now, so that is what I would call a balance issue in regards to card power relative to price.

However, that only is an issue that makes the game feel not completely fleshed out, with mechanics and the chains not thought to the end. But yea .. overall ToT can be fun. Though I currently did stop competetive due to my wins not even giving me a single point but 0.
