If you want to hunt werewolves specifically do swamp raider+deadly strikes+balorgh on a stamcro with bow and double dot poison equipped. Load them up with all the poison dots from bow skills, defile them with a skeleton and use the Toxic Barrage at full ulti. Bad doggies go night night.

Venom claw and Noxious breath are both strong poison damage abilities and the poison status applied by lethal arrow will get a 50% damage boost so DK isn't a bad second choice to run the set up I described. Necro would be my first choice because the passive Rapid Rot gives all Dots a 15% boost, which includes the initial HUGE dot for the first 4 seconds of Toxic Barrage. Plus they have a delayed burst damage ability that can hit while the Barrage is active and applies major defile when it does.
Wearing the set up described and using Balorgh at 500 ultii buffs the tooltip on TB up to around 130-140K over 4 seconds on a Necro. Plus add another 25% to that because of werewolves weakness to poison, that's 175K before any crits that occur. Even after battle spirit you're looking at over 20K per second. And at 15% less on the DK it's still 17K+ per second which is not bad either, you just don't get a big delayed damage ability that can hit at the same time.
Keep in mind 1v1 you have to be very choosy when to use the Ulti as it's very possible they see Toxic barrage starting and block through or WW dodge all of the initial damage, so there the unblockable instant stun on DK might work very well to make them eat at least a couple of ticks. And if it's a troll WW trying to 1vX TB will probably put them down in the first 2 seconds before they even know what's going on.
