New nightblade concealed weapon conditions

Noticed a new issue with the nightblade concealed weapon sneak speed bonus. It looks like now the sneak speed increase only applies when going into sneak or activating invisibility on the bar that has concealed weapon. The speed bonus disappears if the bars are swapped and then swapped back to the bar with concealed weapon.
Previously it would always apply when in sneak or invisible, when on the bar with concealed weapon.
I found the best way to test this was using the ravspeed addon in the doomchar plateau house (it has long stretches of flat ground so I can get accurate readings on speed).
This may be the same issue as last patch, but someone was asking me about it, and mentioned the bar swap thing, which I may have missed when griping with people during the deadlands patch. The deadlands patch thread may have been buried as it only really affects pvp magblades. Tho magblades are in such a bad place across the board we could use any help we can get lol

Nebula_DooM✭✭✭This bug doesnt only apply to concealed weapon. If you look closely you might sometimes find that things that grant extra stats, movement speed while having them slotted bug out as well. So far ive seen it with inner light's 5% max magicka, mages guild passive, nightblade 8% magicka passive. Its fairly annoying since you have to log out and log back in most often to fix it0 -

This is intended. You are effectively unslotting it by swapping bars. If it worked as you suggested people would fill back bar with passive boosts and never swap to it.Unified Gaming - creating a shared and Unified Gaming community.

I don't think that is at all what he meant. The bug for mirage was as follows: you cast it, it gives you major evasion for 20s and minor resolve. If you switch bars, the buffs just completely disappeared.
Additionally anything that says 'while slotted' should apply when you're on that bar. So, for concealed weapon, it says while sneaking... well, if you are sneaking, swap to the other bar, and then back to the bar with concealed weapon, the buff goes away.
That's the issue. "While slotted" while being on that bar, swapping back and forth sometimes deletes the while slotted buff.0
