[Bug] with Red Eagle deck on first turn or more unpublished rules

I suspect this is going on with other decks but this is the only proof I have as it happened to me by accident. I've had a feeling folks were getting cards earlier than they should but I could never prove it because they go so fast sometimes.

What this screenshot shows is the end of my turn on round 1. On round one I went first and I had 3 coins and 2 power cards. I used the power cards to flip the Red Eagle Patron to draw another card because Midnight Raid was in the Tavern. Upon buying Midnight raid all of the cards got put back onto my draw pile and never hit the cool down or discard piles. It also put Midnight Raid on the very top. So this screenshot shows zero cards in my cool down pile, zero cards in my discard pile and 4 coins and Midnight Raid in my hand. It also shows the score for the 5 coins and 1 power the other player used on the bottom of round 1.

You start with a deck of 10 starter cards. On turn one, you draw 5 cards as your starting hand, leaving another 5 in your deck of starter cards. You play your hand and then use Red Eagle patron to draw another card, bringing down the cards in your deck down to 4. You buy Midnight raid and end your turn with 7 cards in cooldown pile (6 played + Raid) and 4 in draw deck. As your opponent begins their turn one, you draw your new hand, taking all 4 cards in your draw deck and shuffling your cooldown pile to draw the 5th card (which happens to be Midnight Raid). You now have 5 cards in your hand and 6 cards in your draw deck at the end of your turn one.

    Working as intended.

Thanks for the explanation. It still doesn't seem right to me, but I guess it is just the luck of the draw. If done with a 3 coin card like Prophecy it would explain those beginning of round 2 Rally grabs, It doesn't however explain the frequency I run into them on the receiving end but never experience getting the luck to be the giver. At least now I know to keep an eye out for it.
