Why do these show as uncollected?

I’ve collected all the fragments and as I obtained each one, they moved from “UNCOLLECTED” to “COLLECTED”. After assembling, receiving, and using the deck, I’ve noticed each of the fragments are again listed as uncollected. I would have thought that after receiving the deck, the fragments would be removed from the list. Is it possible to collect and assemble a second copy of the same deck?

✭✭✭✭✭it doesnt make sense, and as far as i am aware there is no point to collecting them a 2nd time, once the deck is unlocked it would be like trying to make another soulfire dragon illusion pet with fragments while you already have a completed one in your unlocks
not to mention one of the fragments requires doing one of the story quests lolplays PC/NA

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them

SianTamzin✭✭✭Oh I wish I had seen this thread before posting mine. I have had the same issue with the Diplomat Ansei's Fragment. It's listed as not being completed even though I completed the 'A Chance For Peace' quest a number of days ago and have been playing ToT with the deck. Were.0 -

Maybe you just hit on something, maybe someday they will allow you to morph your decks in a future ToT themed event
