Tales of Tribute: Card upgrades bugs! ACHIEVEMENTS NOT COMPLETABLE!

This is a bug which prevents the completion of the following achievements:
- Shield of High Rock (upgrade all 4 upgradable Saint Pelin deck cards)
- Card Connoisseur (upgrade all 4 cards in all 8 decks, 32 upgrades in total
- Tales of Tribute Master (complete a huge list of Tales of Tribute achievements INLCUDING Card Connoisseur, see above).
It is as follows:
Eight of the upgrades, 1 per deck, are awarded upon LEVELLING UP one's Tribute rank, from 1 (Novice) to 8 (Master).
Unfortunately, there are only SEVEN level-ups - gained at levels 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8: because gaining level 1 is not considered a level-up. Thus, the level 1 upgrade, of the Saint Pelin card, is missing.
Also to note is that this supposed "upgrade" is in fact a downgrade: the "upgraded" version, Legion's Arrival, is inferior to the "basic" version, "Reinforcements". In fact, the powers of the two cards look almost like they have been, or could be, swapped over.
A suggested fix:
- Swap over the powers of the two cards, so that the more powerful one is the upgrade, and the less powerful one is the basic one.
- Automatically award the "Legion's Arrival" upgrade to anyone who has acquired the "Roister's Club Initiate" title in the past, and to anyone who gains this title in the future.

✭Oh, and also: After retroactively awarding the upgrade to anyone who has reached level 1 or higher, cross-check it in case it completes the "Shield of High Rock" achievement, and in case completing that achievement completes the "Card Connoisseur" achievement, and in case completing Card Connoisseur completes "Tales of Tribute Master".
Also to note is another bug: "Tales of Tribute Master" achievement - and the collectible Braghas as Houseguest - is being handed out despite NOT having the Card Conoisseur achievement. For the record, I was incorrectly awarded that achievement when I completed every OTHER achievement in the required list, but not Card Conoisseur. The simplest "fix" here would probably be to remove Card Conoisseur from the list of required achievements, since this has also happened to other people and you can't really take him away from people who have already placed him.Edited by jle30303 on June 21, 2022 11:00PM1 -

✭Alternative fix: Add a line in conversation somewhere (with one of the Gonfalon NPCs) which actually teaches the player about card upgrades, and gives you a free one. (And still, swap over the powers of the two cards Reinforcements and Legion's Arrival, so that the stronger one is the upgrade, and the weaker one is the basic one). The player may then get this upgrade at any time by having the relevant conversation in the future - although the conversation in question should be available from the moment you get your first set of decks.
This version of the suggested fix would not require any cross-checking against existing achievements, or any automatic awarding of titles or achievements based on past, since it would be up to players to find the last upgrade after the fix.1 -

✭Further news:
It is possible to see the card "Legion's Arrival" in a game ONLY if you are playing against a NPC, and that NPC chooses the Pelin deck (it appears that NPCs are allowed to have upgraded cards too.) It is still not possible for a player to ever have it in their deck.0 -
