Problems with Quickslot Wheel Update

So if i am blocking an hit Q to drink a potion this new Quickslot Wheel does not let me drink the potion, it brings up the Emote Quickslot Wheel.
Anyone know of a way to just have it limited so mouse keys and Q do not affect the default Quickslot Wheel? rRe-maping keys does not work.

✭✭✭I had a problem with it coming up during a big fight and staying up. Someone told me to unbind the quickslot key on the keybinding page.

i had the same issue during a trial that the quickslot wheel got stuck on my screen, i coudlnt move and every movement just made me circle around inside the quickslot wheel. i had to /reloadui to get out of it. Im on console so i cant unbind a key.
this happened twice now.0
