A Complement to the Devs for a Bug Fix!

I did not notice this until a guild mate pointed it out: The ladders in the AD base now properly show the quest markers for what you have instead of routing you through the sewers to another base (I tried that route ONCE).

That is a much appreciated fix!

They fixed that, but..... active quests no longer show on the map unless you're in that zone.

I used to collect all 6 dailies for my run on a Friday night. I could easily check I had them all by hitting "m" - all the active quest markers would appear in their appropriate zones.

Now.... they don't. In fact, if you're not in zone, quest markers are all over the place.

Not much of a fix in my opinion.

i noticed that on high isle. if you are on the wrong island, it doesnt show where your dailys are.
highly annoying.

that "fix" came with a high price

It won't even mark which delve, wb daily you have if you're in the city, you have to port out of the city and then they will show up.

That has always been broken. It's the same in Marbruk and in some other places that are somehow different regions (Solitude is another).

solitude is where this issue first seemed to start, never really noticed the issue until that release

One could hope they would show ALL the active quests again, not just the ones for the current zone in IC. Losing that is annoying, especially because you don't always know where to head to next. Yeah, the door on the way might be shown, but I want to know the target zone, not the next door. (Though that is a problem in other areas of the game as well, including High Isle.)

You can show the delve itself if you show the quest then show the map location, but it won't show where that delve is, at least not directly.
