Why do we need to train mounts on every character? There's 180 training points and you only level up by one a day... You start a new character, have "fun" leveling that up for another 6 months.

Why are recipes and such not account wide? And honestly with how time consuming research is, I wish that were account wide as well (you need to level up your crafting lines separately anyways).

The answer is always - Crown Store.

We still need to unlock comps on every toon because not everything is done account-wide. It is not achievement related.

Well, there's already a precedent for quests not being account-wide. For example, the music box in Greymoor is an individual achievement. Beyond that, I think they wanted to reinforce that the companions are people not your skills. So they left your relationship with them (including meeting them) as something that was individual to each character. But stuff unrelated to your relationship (such as their prowess) as account-wide, for the most part. I personally think that's all well and good, but they should mark their introduction quests as tutorial content and allow you to skip it. They should also let you skip the tutorial for Tales of Tribute. This way people who want to do it a second time, for immersion reasons, can do that. And people who don't want to do it, can skip it.
