Visual Bug with Soulrazer Sword when Using it In the Off-Hand

When using the the Soulrazer Sword in the off-hand, the effect instead shows up on the main-hand 
Can it be fixed?

Then Legacy of the Bretons was released and I realized just how boring and uninspired the Bretons are according to the writers.

S3RAPH1CANSoul ShrivenI've seen the bug aswell, it has nothing to do with gloambound though.
The soulrazer VFX just always appears on the main hand weapons, no matter what weapon you have equipped there.
Two soulrazer swords also only lead to a glowing main hand.1 -

Agreed. Very frustrated I spent money to get this item and I couldn’t even see that it was bugged until equipping it through outfitter onto my offhand and seeing no effect. Total bummer. Totally!
