Fawn Fall WB daily bugged

After killing Fawn Falls WB for daily quest could not pick up signet rings. Had to abandon quest and lose daily.

I got this from support before monday's patch:

We are aware of an issue where sometimes you may not be able to collect the rings. Please attempt the quest again, while not grouped with other players. You may need to abandon the quest before trying again.

This issue will be resolved in an upcoming patch.

I had to abandon the quest and restart it. I had grouped with a few players.
Did not realise I would he able to retake the quest so was grateful that I was able to complete it.
Between my constant Error 303 boots from server and the bugs I have to admit I'm really struggling to enjoy the new content sadly.

I got this boss daily after patch and went with wife... I thought that they mean that monday patch... So we went in good mood to kill the boss, then take the rings.... And then abandon, retake, disband group, kill the boss, take rings, regroup... And mood for play HI content was gone.
And after it I was doing some achievements and got 3 crashes in 5 minutes. I "love" it...

I'm currently sat staring at my wall because I'm being booted so often or having the worst lag possible that I can't even play the DLC I paid for. Memories of Elsweyr where I could not access the content for 3 weeks, and by the time I was able most people were already done with it. In fact I only finally completed my Dragon Achievement 2 months ago.
