    Sorted by my time consumed:

Mobs in Malabal Tor - 15 minutes. about 100 kills. Ilayas Ruins east of Velyn Harbor. Packs of Sea Vipers respawn very fast there
Blacksmithing nodes in Glenumbra - 20 minutes about 20 node
Volcanic Vents in the High Isle/Amenos - 30 minutes got on 4th try
Titanclaw boss in Stormhaven - 40 minutes, got on 8th kill
Murkmire Safeboxes - the hardest part. i have set alarm clock on 3:30 GMT (PC EU). Still the location was highly contested and players were angry and frustrated.
took me like 2 hours 45 minutes and 16 safeboxes to picklock.

Friendly tip: first get Nisswo's Soul Tender lead in Murkmire. Besides safeboxes it drops from World Bosses and Treasure Chests there.
I was upset finding this purple lead instead golden ring lead in the 2nd of safeboxes. If you already have the lead it will not drop from safeboxes instead of Petrified Oak Loop.

So it appears ZoS didn’t patch this Murkmire stupidity for consoles on day one. Why? They knew how frustrated and hateful players had become on PC. I have no issue having to work for mythic leads, I have no issue if it takes days or even weeks. But to actually create a game mechanic that incites anger is disgusting - even moreso when ZoS didn’t drop everything to fix it ASAP. Priorities, right?

I went into Murkmire, saw 10-15 people around multiple safebox spawns, laughed and left. I'll wait a month or two.

    Glenumbra- very first node (rubedite)

Murkmire- first safebox (got lucky n picked it first, among a group of 6 ppl camping at 3 a.m.)

Stormhaven- (3 a.m., still a group of ~20 ppl) 4th or 5th crab spawn I was able to loot. Took about 40 minutes as I didnt dps high enough to loot every time.

Malabal Tor- Farmed horvars for about an hour. Stocked up on Lorkans Tears while doing it. :)

High Isle- Tried one vent and went to bed. Hoping to get it tonight.

Honestly, these leads have felt quick, especially compared to Bad Mans Hollow, which I just gave up on after God knows how many hours wasted in that supernaturally boring cave system. Still bitter about that one.

I think I got really lucky in Murkmire.

I started Murkmire lead 1st, omg... How Zos created such system..

I tell myself I wont stare on the ground for hours, I queue DLC dungeons at the spot SB spawn, open the box everytime I travel back. Got it at day2.

Tbh I don't enjoy the way lead drops, and I dont think ZOS would listen those feedback from players.

Have to be honest, I wasn't timing anything, but it wasn't the horrifying grind I thought it would be. I got the first 4 leads each within 1/2 hour to 45 minutes of trying.

The dreaded Murkmire, I did this before the patch, I'd say maybe 6 days after launch. I logged on at 7 a.m. Eastern time, ran to a house that I had to lockpick to get into, and saw one guy/gal sitting at the lockbox inside that house. I didn't crowd him/her and stayed on the other side of the room. I don't know how long he/she was there before I got there, but I was going to let them do their thing and not try to crowd them out. While I was there, the box spawned, he/she looted it and apparently didn't get it because he/she stayed there. Ten minutes or so later it spawned again, they looted it, and he/she must have gotten it because they immediately left after looting. I took over their spot.

During the time I was waiting on top of the spawn point, 2 people came in and amazingly did not try to beat me to it. They hung around for a minute and then left. The box spawned twice for me. First time, nothing. Someone else came in and crouched behind me but not on top of me. Second time, it spawned, I got it. That other person did not try to beat me to it just like I did not try to beat the other first person to it.

I know myself and I'm not selfish, so letting that person who was there first get it was just my kind of thing but I have to admit, I was surprised the other person who came in after me let me get it without trying to beat me kind of surprised me, happily. Apparently we're not all selfish ***. LOL

This mythic sounded too good for my friend who usually only plays eso when we play, so i hopped on to his account and bought him the chapter, i leveled his scrying to 7 and got the mythic in 1 day, the hardest part was the crab boss. Missed like 20 times trying to loot it. But on my 5th loot i got it, the chest one, got it first try picking the lock before everyone else. So i got him his first mythic. And now that i leveled his scrying, he can get more mythics. Also bought him eso plus, couldnt deal with his low bag space. Oh and gonna get him flawless conqueror title real fast, almost puked seeing him with battleground butcher title.

Um. You have violated the ToS by playing someone else's account.

Murkmire - did it yesterday, took like 2 minutes total. I think i spent more time just finding a lockbox. Saw no other people...
Malabal Tor - got it randomly some time before, i think while clearing dolmens or something for the FG.
Glenumbra - 1 hour or so.
    Stormhaven - first try
High Isle - 1 hour or so.

Glenumbra and High Isle took the longest, but not problematic.

Heard the hew and cry about how horrid the Murkmire lead was at launch, so I decided to wait for the fix. When the patch notes dropped saying they'd added a second method, I went to the zone and read chat, figured out it was now available in the troves, and boom got it on my first box. The other leads were fairly easy after that, and I got them all within an hour or so.

    1. Malabor took like 15 minutes of killing every enemy I ran across in the Overland.
    2. Glenumbra took a bit since I had to hunt down rocks to mine and such. I think it took me an hour at best?
    3. Crabby Boi was on my 3rd kill on the boss.
    4. First try on vents when I was looking for the lead (I previously cleared all the vents while playing the new expansion though but wasn't grinding for the lead).
    5. First try in Murkmire in Lilmoth, took me like 4 minutes to find it.

Murkmire lockboxes took me 3 hours and 30 minutes
Titanclaw mudcrab boss took 3 hours
Glenumbra nodes took about 30 minutes
Malabal Tor NPCs took about 2 minutes, literally only killed like 5 npcs

"Titanclaw mudcrab boss took 3 hours"

Glenumbra took the longest for me. I got the vent one before I knew that was a drop possibility. With the chests I visited the zone a couple of nights saw the crowds and decided later. When I did go back I looked in a couple of chests others opened and decided to give up on that and only concentrated on opening chests. Got it on my 4th chest and it was a chest where there were no other players around so I didn't have to mash the heck out of "e" to get it. Killing the crab thing was eithe 2nd or third try.
and then the parrot said, "must be the water mines green too."

    (I play on XBNA.)

Murkmire: Got online day of update and quickly scouted the safebox locations. Each had at least 4-8 people camping them at the time (~10am CDT). I targeted one of the Bright-Throat Village safeboxes as it had the fewest campers and most were not staring/standing directly at spawn point. Waited there for about 5 minutes, saw the box spawn, got to it first, forced lock successfully, and got the lead! (I took only the lead, backed out, then was immediately arrested by a nearby guard lol.)

Stormhaven: Waited for a chance to get online during low population hours (~4am CDT). Went to Mudcrab Beach, there were less than 12 people farming Titanclaw, and they were not insta-killing it so getting loot wasn't an issue. The lead only took me 2 kills to get.

Glenumbra: It took about maybe 50 blacksmith nodes (about an hour time-wise) to find the lead? Wasn't really keeping track, just haphazardly running around the zone while collecting various resources. Kept finding jewelry nodes instead of blacksmith nodes (and harvested them so they could respawn as possible blacksmith nodes). Almost decided to stop farming this one for bit, but it finally showed up in a Rubedite Ore before I did so.

Malabal Tor: Killed. So. Many. Random. Enemies. Hundreds. Various locations. Ugh. Finally got the lead off Skeletal Defender and Worm Cult Adept duo by a campfire near/in Abamath (actually got the gold lead AND Hollowbone Wind Chimes purple lead at the same time).

High Isle: Took about 9 Volcanic Vents, so not too terrible. There were 4-5 people actively doing Vents at the time (~6am CDT), so at least I wasn't having to solo them.

Overall, not bad considering what it could have been. Malabal Tor and Glenumbra were the most annoying (and boring) for me. Carefully choosing when to attempt the farms definitely helped with the more contested ones. I did not farm everything in one day and wasn't keeping track of time for the most part, so I don't know how long I spent actively farming it. Maybe 4 hours total?

I just got started last night and am pleased to say I got 4 all done already... Unfortunately the one I have left is the murkmire safebox one. I didn't even try before bed last night every location had 5+ people camping it. Hoping since I got rained out of work today I can log in while most people are at work/school and have better luck.

Time spent so far? Roughly 3 hours, and I wasn't exactly blasting through it I explored some high isle wayshrines and picked up some skyshards.

I was extremely lucky, I think I got the vent one similar to you, after about 3 to 4 vents. The gathering/mob killing ones took about 5 minutes, the Murkmire lockbox was the first one I came across and I'm a hybrid templar so I just soloed the big crab and it dropped first time.

Saying that though, I'm in OCE playing on NA so the difference in timezones possibly affords me more space and access than US players face at peak hours

After obtaining the vent one, the rest took maybe an hour to an hour and a half start to finish (fast travelling around, scrying and excavating). I know this probably isn't most people's experience so I've likely used up my next 6 months luck in one go.

Glenumbra: maybe like 15-20 minutes, going around north helped
Malabal Tor: 30 minutes nothing new here
Murkmire: probably 6 hours, actually got it from picking my 8th lockbox
StormHaven: 8th or so boss, but I had Isobel so I was leveling her and her rapport so cant complain.
High isle vent: 3rd vent. a 4th spawned right after just for good measure i guess lol

    In order:
    1. Malabal Tor mobs: got it after about 1.5 hours killing mobs in overland.

    2. Glenumbra blacksmith nodes: took a couple days of farming nodes. Ironically the drop came on one of my non-scrying characters and I was just running thru for something else. Passed a node and thought "may as well" *poof* lead :D

    3. Murkmire safeboxes: TBH, not terrible. (Got mine pre-patch before they increased the chance). Spent about 4 days running a circuit in one of the major towns and it dropped just as I'd decided to crash for the night. I passed thru the Lusty Argonian Footman, saw the safebox. FWIW I was the first one to pick the lock and got the lead, left the box but IDK if anyone else did after me. I left immediately so I didn't have to hear anymore Argonian emo-metal frog music :s

    4. Titanclaw WB: This was actually the first one I tried farming after waiting several days post-launch. After wasting my time for a couple kills and getting zero loot bcuz of the stupid gated damage-drop I went to Malabal Tor.
When I came back to this one days later and during non-peak time it took maybe 6 kills to get the lead? not bad at all.

    6. Vents: (EDIT) Finally got it last night. So about a weeks worth of "casual" farming. Meaning Each day\evening I'd run about 4-8 vents and once I got bored I'd go do other things.

Other Thoughts: My antiquities luck has always been the more leads I get, the faster the others come. I know RNG and luck is luck. But this pattern has worked for me for countless leads and mythics, like 90% of the time.
But since the latest update it doesn't seem to hold true. I'm going to go back and try a few older ones again when I've time just to see.
Unless my luck pool has finally drained who knows.
Also, wish we could somehow SEE the rings on our fingers bcuz the icon for it looks so cool. Several of the mythic rings have very awesome looking designs.

Good luck to all still hunting leads!

Glenumbra: Around 20 minutes of farming
Malabar Tor: 30 minutes of farming, got it from a thunderbug
Murkmire: Second lockbox, hardly any time spent as I waited for the hype to die down. Accidentally got it while I was waiting for a trial to form
    Stormhaven: First try
High Isle: Got it first try, before I even knew that it was a drop location

Mora's whispers, however, that was a rough antiquity.

I'm in rural America. My internet connection isn't great. I'm on XSX. I've been farming the Murkmire Oakensoul lead for about 10 hours now. I'm just never the first to click on the box. This is the worst experience I've ever had in this game. This is a disgusting waste of time. On top of that, I'm not getting any loot to keep the box viable for others. I'm just wasting my life waiting and hoping.

I am frustrated and angry and beyond pissed off at how ZOS set this up. I would rather be back in Iraq being rocketed than deal with this. At least there I felt like I had a chance. (Yes, pure hyperbole, but you get the sentiment.)

Edit: I did finally get the lead. Still the worst experience in this game. Worse than waterlillies.

    Vents/Mala Tor/Ore leads were easy, 5-20 mins.

Went into Murkmire at 7:30am. Found a lone khajiit crouched in the corner of a room. He crept toward me slowly, told me everyone had been rude up to that point. I told him I wouldn't be. We sat for a while, shot the breeze, shared the box. I got it on the second box (I picked). As I was leaving, two other people arrived, and I told them to be nice to each other.

No luck at Crab Beach. Performance there is just too bad.
