Are Tribute Competitive Rewards bugged?

After matches you get a summary of your rewards and I noticed that I don't actually receive what it tells me I've won.
Ie: some random Prophet weapons but they're nowhere to be found.

✭This thread has a screencap of the rewards I'm talking about. I get the mail reward coffee but none of the on screen rewards post match.
