Black Eltheric Pearls Location bugged.

Hi
Upon reaching the area that my lead is located at I find the augur is directing me to a spot with a mountain wall. The area is mostly on the beach but there is an entrance in the cliff wall that leads to the top of the cliff, the edge of the antiquity location falls on the edge of this cliff with the apparent location within the cliff somewhere, somehow. There is no visible glow and no way that I can find to cause it to spawn.
This is in High Isle.
I've tried logging out and dropping the game from Xbox memory, loading into different zones and returning and zoning to my houses and returning.
Really frustrating, as I don't know when the lead will drop for me again but thought it best to share the predicament.

TheWoanderer✭✭✭What could be helpful is having an option to respawn/refresh the location similar to how if you break the casing you then can search for another location within the area.0
