More structure furniture!

Now that I am getting into decorating, I would like to see more structure furnishings to build. I can get creative but sometimes the color does not match or it does not line up exactly as I want it. Since Blackwood I have been wanting more "premade" stuff like the walls and turrets but for the other races.

I'd prefer more full buildings like the greenhouse and windmill. A few empty homes, a blacksmith shop, tower, etc. just empty shells to be placed and decorated for those people who like to try to build towns.

Structural parts offer more options but you end up using 400 slots to build the building and have so little left to decorate them.

To each there own though.

If you build an entire building from individual elements, you risk being left completely without slots for furniture. In general, I support you, and also wish that the developers finally solved the issue of increasing slots - this can be done, as in fallout76, where houses are loaded to the server from a local machine only when the player is online, so they almost do not affect the server performance. For those players who want a permanent open house, can introduce a housing tax.

I want many different housing items.....

1:- Roof structures and/or items that can be used a Gable ends
2:- Area's of grass just plain short grass
3:- Area's of soil/mud that can also be used in self built planters
4:- PLANTERS no plants in them but soil included!

I could go on and on tbh!!

I have several "built from scratch" houses and there are way, way more structural items than there used to be but I do agree there can be colour inconsistencies and alignment can be a pig!!

I would like to have all structure furnishings from all regions! Those beautiful walls with the woodwork in Alinor, half-timbering from Leyawiin, carved walls from Solitude etc etc. And don't forget: we urgently need windows, real windows!

And speaking of wishes, why are there only two bathtubs?

Cost to make structure pieces should be looked at. Deadlands are super expensive on mats

I still want an argonian gazebo structure. There are a few of these structures through Murkmire and Blackwood I wish I had.

One of which looks like you'd throw up before willingly getting into it because it hasn't been cleaned in a decade, the other of which looks like they stole it from a 1980s assisted living facility. Just sayin'...

I don't know which bathtub you mean, but the Hlaalu one is made of marble and has a natural stone structure.

Not just planters with soil but other items as well. In one of my houses I have an ore box in the blacksmithing area. It took 20'ish Harvester's ore to cover the bottom of the box and look 3 dimensional. Stacked cut lumber would be nice too as it would help with woodworking areas. Free form stacks of gears, etc.

It would be nice if structures like walls had a standard size too, so you can use ones from different races together. For the house I've been working on, I am using platforms from Lleywin and walls from Alinor but they are completely different sizes so it's a pain to put them together.

I am struggling with this on my first build in Doomchar. I want to make a tower but the staircases don’t fit the walls or floors even using all Deadlands style. I’m a noob, though.

As much as I love the ideas (and there have been many more), do bear in mind that, in order to MAYBE get what we want, we'd need to 1) address this topic in hundreds, and 2) over many years.

Take Indriks for instance - they were returned after we had been asking for them for some time.

Thus it's not that ZOS does not listen to our needs, but they do listen only if there are many voices and frequent.

Marketing-wise, you don't bend to the wishes of just a handful of people.

There’s some real creative people on YouTube that have some clever ways around some of the want list plans. PurpleRosa and Elara Northwind are a couple of my favorites.

All of your comments are great.

There is always that one quality about a particular piece that makes it incompatible (but I still have to use it) with the rest of the pieces in the house:

Color - There have been times when the piece was there but it was in a light color when I wanted a dark one and vice versa.

Size - It was the right piece but the wrong size and so it needed to be sunk into the floor which does not always work or require more than one or two pieces.

Style - Ever try to make a particular race's setting and only had what you needed in another race's style which totally doesn't fit unless mostly covered up by decor.

I agree with @Drammanoth ZOS will only do this kind of stuff if there is a high demand and we bugged them forever for it. But how do we do that except in forums?
