After getting the grotto housing and then having High Isle, I think it would be cool to have a ship in the middle of a sea that you can access by a row boat or dinghy from a port. Perhaps a Breton or DC design for the ship or maybe even three ships in a fleet formation that are of the the design of each of the alliances.
