Allow Us To Remove The Glow From Monster Set Weapons

These weapons have high quality unique models and for some of us the glow just ruins them and are unfitting for our outfits. Can we have a second variant of monster weapons without the glow? Battleground motifs have proved that different motif variants can exist and I am hoping that the future engine guardian weapon pack will not light my dwemer themed character like a flashlight.

Edit: "If YoU DoNt LiKe ThE GlOw DoNt UsE ThEm" anyone that says this is missing the point. Honestly who can complain about more cosmetic options especially concerning these unique models? Not all of us like glowing like a flashlight and its ridiculous to complain about people wanting more options.

Edit: To anyone that thinks I want the glow removed... No, you guys can have the glow still, I just want the option to remove it for those that don't like the glow.

    Thing about this is they all still have very pleasant looking base styles.

    None of the Molag Kena weapons for example have any sort of similar weapon in the game that could be used as a replacement.

    I was disappointed with kena but then HDR is broken in Xbox.

    Like I said ZOS announced them to earn our money because we wanted particle effects. And now you are saying that you want an option to remove particle effects. Can't you see the answer here? Either use them for "unique models" or not if you don't want particle effects.

    Listen, I would like a variant without particle affects... If you go and reread the op or check ingame you will understand that different variants of things already exist ingame and removing a particle effect would take minimal effort. More customization options is always good.

    No, the whole idea about them is that they are supposed to be unique high quality models, and the glow is just extra. I think its silly that you are making a big fuss against adding a glowless variant as more customization choices are always good.

    Yeah don't use them. Sorry you like the model, but that was the whole idea of those weapons is they have the constant particle effect.

    Some people buy them for the particle efffects alone and would buy the particle effects if they could apply them to other weapons and some for the model or both

    Did you read the op clearly? It's asking for the option to have the option to have the weapon without a glow. Option is the keyword... No one wants to take away the glow from you we just want more options to have the weapons without the glow.

    Moar customization is always a good thing. However, instead of two different weapon variants they should just put this in Options alongside the Hide Polymorph Hat and Hide Mount Upgrades options. Or have a separate toggle in the Outfit system. But not two weapon variants. The list is already bloated af.

    Zos doesn't do options they hate options they will just remove the glows and we glow lovers will be screwed.. Its Zos remember..

    I'd be okay with variants. I'm at the other end of the spectrum. I wish the particle effects stayed even while sheathed. I was hoping that the Ilambris staff would help me better navigate in dark areas, even mounted.

    Having a toggle would be pretty nice. Maybe it could be around here? Or in the gameplay menu, where you'd enable to disable helmets and mount visual upgrades.

    And if you're using a standard motif without custom particle effects, perhaps your staff could feature the same particle effects companions have on their staves.

    Allow us to remove the poison/weapon enchant effect from weapons please, so many lovely models are ruined by low quality enchant effects
