We are currently investigating connection issues some players are having on the North American and European megaservers. We will update as new information becomes available.
Cannot apply champion points
I cannot apply any champion points to one of my characters anymore, I always get an error "This ability cannot be purchased until an adjacent ability is purchased". I get this for any skill I want to update, connected or not, in all tree sections (Craft, Warfare and Fitness). I assume that it is caused by a skill in the craft tree
In the lower left the option "Out of Sign" has one point applied, but the next one "flee panthom" has none. I assigned this one point to "out of order" the last time I used the character, this was before the last big update (maybe 2 or 3 weeks ago).

I noticed this too. Can't switch the current active bar because of the error "This ability cannot be purchased until an adjacent ability is purchased" while I allready purchased it.

KjeldranSoul Shrivenit is due to changes in the blue tree especially in the unassailble . The stages increment from 10x5 to 25x2.0 -
You were right, the problem were the changes in the three skills "Unassailble", "Duellist Rebuff" and "Enduring Resolve". I had 10 points in each of them, but you need at least 25 to be able to use the skills underneath . After a redistribution of the points to only one of them I now can save the skills without error message.
