[BUG? or not] Flawless Dawn Breaker Ult-skill will not regenerate Khajiit character's resource.

[BUG? or not] Flawless Dawn Breaker Ult-skill will not regenerate Khajiit character's resource.
Flaw less Dawn Breaker = Fighter's guild ultimate skill morph
I don't have solid confirmation about this. But, it looks like flawless dawn breaker ultimate skill
works different style between Orc race and Khajiit race.
When I use this by the Orc character, health - magika - stamina every resource
fully recharged. But in Khajiit race, it will not happen.
There might be something other reason which I missed. But I've never seen those skill function difference
in each of character race. (Do I actually miss something?) It's still not solid confirmed though.
But, there're something wrong with this skill for Khajiit.

lPeacekeeperl✭✭✭Are You sure tjis is the race problem? Maybe your Orc is DK? DK have passive to resource regen on ult usage. Also there is set with same effect2 -

✭✭✭✭Dawnbreaker shouldn't give any resources back.
UNLESS, you're a Dragonknight or using a handful of sets.

✭Unless you are a dragonknight (as previously stated), and have the battleroar passive unlocked, or have one of the sets (lamia's song, witchman, etc) that give resources back when firing an ultimate, you won't restore resources with dawnbreaker.@Djennku, PCNA.
