Hello,
we did some testings here, because I was confused, I never received rapport for this shared quest and found it, it was not, because it was shared, but this Quest / Boss never grants rapport for Isobel:

YunaWolf✭✭You need to do the Daily Boss Quest - they give rapport once per day - only this one mentioned above (Special Reagent) is broken, the other 5 High Isle World Boss Quests have been tested as well and are working fine

Fariahni✭✭✭I also killed Mornard Falls - Hadolid Matron And Hadolid Consor for the World Boss Daily and did not get rapport from Isobel. This has not been fixed yet.0
