Level 50 Item High Isle Quest Reward with no CP value

Five times in the last two days (June 11-12) while questing in High Isles, I've gone to turn in a quest and the reward was Level 50, but with no CP value. Other quests provided CP 160 value items and drops have been CP 160 value, but several quests have rewards with no CP value. I've switched to an Alt that is below level 50 and playing another zone just to avoid running into this bug.
