PSA: Mora's Whispers Doesn't Work In Ravenwatch (Please Change This)

Got Mora's Whispers and figured I'd give it a test in RW before the Midyear event. It doesn't work.
At least, it doesn't grant the Crit chance so I would guess that it also isn't granting the Alliance rank bonuses since they're all the same line.
ZOS: Is this item really considered a proc because it has to check how many lorebooks you've collected?! It really shouldn't be.
Or at least can we maybe decouple the other benefits from the crit chance so they can work?
Also, the item isn't even particularly good for PVP, it should work, please fix this. @ZOS_Kevin

✭✭✭✭Yes, this is a big problem with many of the new sets.
The crafted sets Order's Wrath and Serpent's Disdain both do not as well despite clearly not being "proc" sets and following (presumably) the same implementation logic of sets that are currently working in Ravenwatch (e.g. Medusa/Archer's Mind and Elf Bane).
Hopefully the next patch will remedy what increasingly appears to be an oversight.0 -

Serpent's kinda is a proc set (when your status effect's proc it makes them last longer) but yeh Order's they likely just forgot that they have to actually update cyrodiil when they add new sets.@Solar_Breeze

I'm still not exactly convinced as to why Elf Bane would be allowed and Serpent's would not be given that they both extend the duration of basic combat abilities.
If Elf Bane were banned... then okay. But since it works I am just not seeing the logic behind it.0
