ESO cities should be huge and worthy of the label. However the only actual city sized hubs we get, are actually Public Dungeons. Sunhold, Orcrest, the one in Blackwood I forget the name.
Its saddening.
Hello, good afternoon.
As the title says, the cities of Tamriel look small with few people on the streets.
The cities of Tamriel should be like the city of Novigrad from The Witcher 3.
With people on the streets discussing their worldly affairs.
A hug and a kiss community.
I wish the cities of ESO had bathhouses, that you would have to pay gold to enter and other services in the cities like in The Witcher 3 (where is that sexual Argonian maiden?).

While I'm always happy about more immersion there's one thing I would wonder about: Where would all these people live? Actually, that's a thing I've been wondering about all the time. Logically, they would have to have a place to stay somewhere. But if you look how many people walk around, for example, in Vulkhel Guard, and now little houses there are... At least half of the population must be homeless! Same goes for many other towns in ESO. The cities are just too small.

- Join the Thieves Guild and you'll always be able to break into other people's houses and have a free place to sleep!
- Anyone who doesn't choose one of those options must go far enough beyond the city limits to have a free place to sleep.
