Cannot advance quest, Proficient player on second part in Solitude does not show quest marker. Dropped quest and tried relogging but to no avail.

✭✭✭✭✭I just bug reported this exact issue. That tavern has a novice and 2 proficient NPC, no expert npc and it appears that it doesn't advance the quest properly either. It may be associated with your rank compared to your opponent. I'm at max rank and wins against novices don't seem to advance my daily at all. The proficient NPC's across the world no longer have quest arrows above their heads at this level as well.0 -
