I'm writing on behalf of a guildie who's struggling to get in touch with support to renew ESO Plus

Ticket Number 220524-002203 created on 24th May requesting changing the country in account with userID @Floverale-Hellewen did not receive any answer yet till today.
After waiting for a week, a new ticket number 220606-004302 was created stating the same problem. Answer was received the very next day, but. for some reason, support named Kira asked me to give details on account, such as userID or character names. UserID was already written in the ticket to begin with. After I responded by mail giving all additional information asked, no answer was given till today.
I kindly ask you to finally solve the problem, as it has already been a long time.
