How do I check which cards are remaining for the Ansei Tales of Tribute (ToT) Deck?

I have collected a few before but when I go to the ToT cards section none of the Ansei cards are lit up to show I own them. Maybe it wasn't the Ansei cards that I got? Can anyone tell me how to check

✭✭✭✭I’m wondering if what you’ve collected are deck FRAGMENTS…in your collections menu, under Fragments, it shows two decks we get by first collecting their fragments then combining them into a deck?1 -
