That's the Greymoor style, obtained from the Harrowstorm dailies in Western Skyrim.

Thank you! There are so many different styles and color variations (which is a god thing) I despaired of figuring out which one this was. Do you know of a comprehensive list, ideally with pictures, that I can reference?
