I understand what you want - but the duke and hlaalu would not be much of a help in a short game and pretty useless. And celarius would have no purpose at all - because those cards you could look up and send to the cool down pile are nearly always 1-gold coin cards and the rest are still low level cards. So 2 out of 4 decks would not make any sense, 1 not much, and just Pelin would be key, and the one getting the armory and Rally first wins every time - this is the crux with 20 as limit.

Not to talk about the surprise kill by either using the duke's or hlaalu's favor or worse both or one twice - there is a card to activate a patron a second time.
