You can move everything but pots and siege off the main quickslot and keep it just for the important stuff you need quickly. That's the whole point. You don't want to be digging through menus for these. You want them right where they always were.

Ok, so give us 4 more quickslots on the original quick slot wheel. That would help a ton.
Having quickslot wheels for emotes and tools doesn't make much sense at all in terms of game play. Sure, it's great for the RP'rs, but it doesn't help in combat or game play.

The more variety of emotes I can quickly spam over an enemy's dead body, the better I play so you are wrong about that.
Those new quickslots can only be used for respectively tools and emotes?
I don’t get it either. I could fill several quickslots with items I need quick access like different potions or pvp sieges and repair kits but what we get is specialized slots for emotes, mementos and tools while i never even slot any of those. Why tools even warrant dedicated quickslot if there is not enough of them in game to even fill one? Very weird design decision. Customizable quickslots would be so much better than this.
Hold on, zos put that work in for emotes, tools, etc....but not siege & pots?
It just shows once again that ZOS does not take pvp seriously and they don’t play their own game.

Are you serious? It's just for emotes and tools etc? Seems like if you are going to all the trouble to program extra slots then allow them to be used for items just like the main slot. I rarely complain on the forums but this just feels like a smack in the face to customers, little caring or thought going into the actual person who is going to USE the thing you are working on.
Happens all the time in engineering. Well designed items take the use into account and some actually bring in the users to help design them. It's when a company begins to not care about the end user they are doomed. ZoS is just leaving more and more room for a new game to come out that caters to players.

My thoughts exactly. The new system does not help PvP players in any way, and frankly, I don't see how it helps PvE in any significant way either. The "items" that can be put on the new quickslot wheels do not need to be accessed quickly.
I find the extra menu options a distraction and actually harms game play because you can accidentally end up on one of the empty wheels while trying to access only the original quick slot wheel. At least give us the option to disable the emotes and tools quickslot wheels is what's needed now if we can't put anything useful on them.

I agree. Very good point.
