I've gotten a fair number of reward bags and haven't seen any of the clues drop. Are they simply very rare, or has that aspect not been implemented yet?

✭I play 10 to 20 games a day (now that I'm got my Rubedite level) and I seem to get one about every 2 or 3 days.
I don't think I've ever gotten one from a white or purple reward, just green and blue.
I wish it were easier to tell in game which cards are upgraded by clues and which ones are earned in other ways and what those ways are.
