I did the questline against NPCs where I travelled Tamriel to beat npcs in various zones and did not get an achievement point towards it. I did win and turned the quest back in and even got the rewards, but it didn't advance in achievements. I did again today, and it DID work. But while I should have 2 towards the achievement now, I only have the one from today. It's not a huge deal, but it's a bit annoying, especially on something that takes a little longer of in game time to do.

I'm also not sure combos are always working in the game, although part of that might be my misunderstanding how they're supposed to work. I figured out how it has to be done in the sequence order that you want, which do you want for initial effect, which for second, which for third, but sometimes the extra power or coin or whatever it is doesn't go through.
