Error 318 - Hit the message rate limit without saying a single thing in zone.

I logged in a few minutes after the NA Server went live after maintenance, was in queue for around 4 minutes, got to my character select, picked my main, immediately booted back out to login.

Tried again, finally got in. I was doing my Daily Endeavors, in Shadowfen collecting water herbs and fresh water resource nodes when I get an Error I've literally never seen before since launch.

I said one thing in /say in Vivec City about the new mount being a dinosaur. I think it was literally just "dinosaur!" and kept roaring and moving around in a crowd.

Got kicked out while swimming in Shadowfen on the way to a resource node across the water in the north part. Now I'm in queue again. 8m 30s.

This has nothing to do with chat. "Messages" is about communication between you and the game servers. Can happen with heavy load and lag where key presses can get delayed in network traffic and suddenly hit the server all at once. And the server says, "It is physically impossible to hit that many keys in such a short amount of time. Must be a bot or macro." It is a side effect of servers and network being overwhelmed by launch day players, especially with the excessive maintenance leading to everybody logging in at once during prime time instead of in a steady wave as day went along.

I had this happen maybe 20 times over the course of a week after the last chapter came out. I never even posted any messages. I'm inclined to agree with Dagoth_Rac that it is rubber banding in the server.
