The zone is not only huge, it's beautiful. I have no idea about the names but that Island up north that's green and full of things that want to kill you, beautiful. Those volcanic vents that spew out magma and dangerous monsters that want to kill you, beautiful. These sheer cliffs and waterfalls that you can fall off (which might kill you), also equally beautiful. Everywhere I go in High isle is a literal adventure. Even going into a field with sunflowers is an adventure at this point. The mobs are plentiful and also spaced out, the resource nodes exist in abundance, the amount of quests and also populated areas to wilderness, really well-done.
Kind of stuck on a loop with unlocking Ember for my Templar (restarted 3x and logged in and out 5x to not avail) but I sent in a support ticket and know it'll be fixed soon and I just have to be patient!
Those Halloid creatures that kind of remind me of those Yaghra from Summerset, they're really cool too! If I see a sea sload later on, I'm going to cry because I know it's an invasive species rofl.
Questions: because I studied biology I'm constantly looking at the change in variation of the creatures and even flora between zones. I noticed that the wolves here resemble Direwolves in Skyrim but they are just normal regular wolves on High Isle. I wonder if High Isle is the closes zone we have that approaches the mysterious Akavir-side of Tamriel?
