    Go to Hadran's Caravan with a group and be the group murderer. Afterwards pickup, use the edict and fence the stuff.

    I've been holding on to mine for years. I only ever use the small ones you get from thieves' troves or harrowstorms sometimes. I have like 100 of them.

    If having it in your inventory is that bad, would it not be easier to just delete it? Just saying. All kidding aside. I think they should be bound, just not character bound. JMO

    This one steal a lot but does not murder much. Killing bandit, monsters and the purple groups in Cyrodil is legal :)
    Used one on my NB getting 1000 kills and 1 million fenced.
    Grinding just make you go in circles.
    Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.

    i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them
