Unable to open the door to get into Castle Navire

I accidentally abandoned the main quest in High Isle that has me go talk to Arabelle in Castle Navire. Now when I try to open the door to get into castle navire, I am unable to open the door. The interact prompt is grayed out and there is no way around the wall to get into the castle.
