Change to riding skill status icon?

Used to press C and was able to hover the mouse over the far right icon - usually looking like an hourglass or a "refresh" kind of icon - and see how much time needed to update a riding skill.
This seems to have disappeared (not the icon - just to hover over function) since yesterday's patch(es).
I found this really useful.
