Well I have the issue that I can choose my Main theme as intended, but everytime I restart the game I get the default chapter one, even though in the settings another is clearly chosen. The only way around that is to go back into the settings, switch the Theme back to default and then back again to the preferred one, unless I do that it just plays the chapter Theme.
