Finally decided to move fully over to PC from PS4. Basically starting over from scratch. So currently leveling up a Stamden while getting used to the PC environment.

That will be a great experience - even you will have to buy (nearly) everything again - have fun.

Thank you. I'm just gonna take things slow for now and keep an eye out for crown sales in the future. I don't have a burning desire to buy every DLC so I can wait.

Subscribe - you will have huge problems with your inventory very soon if you don't. It is not immediately obvious, but you will see what a mess it will be and how much time you waste on managing your limited inventory and bank space. It can really suck the fun out of the game - subscribe, the best advice I can offer.

Yeah, I'll definitely need that plus I want to start hoarding mats and alchemy stuff for the future, too.

And for earning money, writs are not that well paid at start - with ESO+ you have access to western Skyrim, go to Solitude and pick up antiquities - and then do that for a while in one of the beginner areas - Stros M'kai for example is good for that, quite small search areas (on opposite sides of the map, but it is a tiny zone), you can build up those skills quickly - and in a short while you will have all the money you need for bank upgrades and inventory slots.

Oh, that's right! I can start the scrying skills from the beginning. I have the Blackwood/greymoor bundle, too. Thanks for the reminder. I'll do that once I can get back on.

Even better - we get 100k gold this month - so you are basically set up for success anyway. And quite a lot of alliance points as well, that will make that slow horse a little more speedy.

Another hint - those gold mats which you eventually get from crafting writs, are quite expensive on PC servers. With luck you can make quite some money with those as well.

Alternated between Cyrodiil, Imperial City, and Atoll of Immolation.

Crazy how you can only fight the boss for a few seconds at a time, and the rest of the time is spent clearing yard trash or standing around waiting for him to become attackable again. They should have given him 14 million HP like the dragons and let us actually fight, instead of making him hide behind a wall of invulnerability for most of the time.

Got two more characters to rank 3 in their Cyrodiil campaigns, got my first companion (Mirri, and forgot that after work today I can get more lol), starting scrying and excavating which is WAY more fun than I thought it would be...

...and tried to figure out how I'm gonna get all those extra skill points I'll need for it in a short time.

Comgrats! So what are you doing what your 12 toons?

My overall plan is the following:
    1. Get all weapon skills to max on all toons.
    2. Equip each character with 3 armory slots.
    3. Give each character a PVE Damage, Support and PVP build in the three slots.

I was debating consolidating down to 6 toons - 1 for each class and giving them armory slots for each role, but this plan seemed better. Especially since all 12 are max horse training, bag space, FG/MG, and max level.

Deposited monies into my guild's banks for raffles on Sunday. Then did a few surveys. Haven't had much time this weekend, working on house chores. We are getting new kitchen lights installed this week, and a new roof on my garden shed. Oh, and hopefully we can mow the lawn, we lost the dogs in it already. It won't stop raining long enough for it to dry to mow. Just keeps growing.

Sleek Creek is such a good house! I don't think there's any house I use more, aside from Alinor Townhouse. It's right there by the Outlaw's Refuge, decent crafting area (if you can stand hearing about poor Finedrin), and wayshrine nearby.

Finedrin has spent so long in those stocks that I think it comes under the heading of cruel and unusual punishment at this point.
Especially since his crimes mostly sound like a bit of mischief, I think he's done his time at this point.

It was late last week, not over the weekend, but I spent a lot more time in Cyrodiil than usual and even joined in the war effort for several hours. We were getting badly beaten up on by both AD and EP, and I died many, many, many times because I suck so much at PvP, but I was having so much fun anyway that I kept playing for several hours longer than I'd intended. EDIT: Forgot to add, I finally got just enough AP to bump me up to the next Alliance War rank (21, IIRC), and I earned 3 AW-related achievements that I wasn't expecting, so that was nice. :)

Thanks to the armory system, I can still get vamp for my magicka toons, if, and whenI do see them.

I was bitten by a werewolf there last week too. It was quite a surprise. It's been years since I was there under a full moon.

It is worth it, but I wish ZOS would realize that forcing people to leave everything behind is a poor quality choice and leaves a bad taste in our mouths.

No, I do not want to re-earn all the stupid mounts again, especially since I am sure they will have new things to earn then. I cannot get my glowy wolf that I spent far too much on Crown Crates to get shortly after I started, nor my first "wolf" mount that is no longer in the Crown Store.

And that ignores the Crowns I had to leave behind.

Irks me to this day. Didn't stop me from switching, buying more Crowns in the last sale, nor stop me from playing, but it is an ongoing irritant.

Arteaum (sp?) is much better for initial Archeology leveling. No enemies, just lots of running around.

To the OP: You will rebuild mats over time. I am a bit of an altoholic, but I have plenty of mats now on PC NA (17 characters), started a bit over a year ago, and a decent amount on PC EU (8 characters) started just a few months ago. Though I did sell Crowns for the first time on PC EU (3K:1) to jumpstart my gold there. Money is no longer an issue with that selling 14K Crowns once.

Well if you do any crafting really do need eso+ otherwise you going have too ignore every resource node and not been tempted to even loot sacks

The way I used to do it on PS4 is if I was starting a new character for any reason, I'd make sure I was subbed so I can farm resources, have some extra bank space, and cap the crafting skill trees on that character. That way I can craft some gear later and have resources to do my dailies easily. Starting over on PC I'll do the same now.

TBH the only thing I miss is all the motifs I had before. Fashion has always been my endgame and I need to begin again :p

Getting the motifs again is a pain....

Didn't have much to do, was tired... Loaded up my stores and chatted with some guildies. Funniest moment was seeing an actual new person in zone chat (not one that asks troll questions) and chatting with them about small houses. I sent them 100k and said they could pick out a house lol.
