No resources upon logging in

Good afternoon beautiful people,
After today's update all characters log in with no resources, no mag, no stam, no ult.
Is anyone else experiencing this?
I have checked and is not a UI bug, I have no resources when I log in. I can't cast abilities or sprint until it regenerates and I cannot cast ultimate.

After building ult, logging out and in again all is well.
