Is there any way I can forward her ticket number or email or anything to someone here to get her some help?
She has no access to forums,(won't let her make an account) and she is being ignored and getting very frustrated at this point.
She pays to play this game and her main character is the one who knows all the motifs/recipes etc
so she's really stuck.
And after a couple hours her trying to get through to CS image from last post on discord we been trying to help her all morning:

why is it CS has to put people through this just to get a char unlocked when it was faffing around with the servers that got people locked in the first place.
