A completely new model instead of just a recolor would be cooler since the black obsidian looking stone that the Deadlands table is made of is really really reminiscent of specifically the Deadlands to me. I don't mind simple recolors though

I agree. I wonder how much work it would be during the retexture to change the "obsidian" texture to the wrought iron feel that is signature to Coldharbour?
Maybe changing the gems to look like Welkynd stones would be a nice touch- the Aylieds were amongst Bal's most prominent worshippers, and those stones could be used in place of soul gems in TESIV for enchanting, so it would maintain the thematic.

I think they would be reluctant to bring forward a lot of the base-game styles because they are relatively dated, compared to newer stuff. Much of the generic daedric furnishings (bookshelves and such) from basegame, for example, have been essentially replaced by the Deadlands furnishing styles.
But the proper Coldharbour stuff- the wrought-iron machinations, ziggurats, platforms, devices, even the tables and stuff you've linked, etc all still hold up really well, and have a very unique aesthetic that stands in contrast to the generic daedric stuff, and I really wish they'd make these available.
They made a good deal of the "Mad Architect" style stuff- the faux gothic skulls, Crypt of Hearts stuff available, but the proper Coldharbour stuff is far superior imv.
