4/30 Patch Zenimax Launcher wont open

Since this patch my launcher wont even open, I get the process "Zenimax Launcher" in task manager but then it disappears.

Things i have tried:
Restart both modem and PC
Check to see if firewall and antivirus are off
Add the huge bs to the AppSetting.txt
Fresh Reinstall
System Restore to 3 days ago
Open the game as Admin
Open the game directly- This works but cannot join game because of patch missmatch

System Specs:
Windows 8.1 pro
i5-3570 3.4GHz
20GB ram
ati 7850

Attached is my Game Consultant report.

    Just did a further back system restore still nothing launcher wont launch.

    Tried launch as Admin ? works on win 7 atleast
    firewall settings
    reinstall directx (should not have effect but worth of trying :) )

    if i did understand that right ur problem is that launcher wont start/run update = mostly cause of connection limitations, on win8 remove win firewall for patching and retry

    Few things you could try.

    - Disable Webroot antivirus
    - Do an ipconfig /flushdns in the command prompt
    - Close the flashplayer plugin before starting the laucher.(This worked for me, no idea why though)

    Thanks for the tips Bangstin but sadly they did not work :( Waiting for a zenimax support technician to replay to my emails.
