Common problem people've been going through. It's not so wide-spread as to ZoS actually doing something about it, a handful of reported cases a week. It's probably WAY more widespread than it seems, and is probably effecting everyone if only to a small degree, but there are outlier cases like yours where you're missing a big chunk of cash. I'm sure there's also people that are missing a ton of gold but don't even notice. Anyway, it's a problem but tickets have been the only way to resolve it so far.
