How do I download and setup ESO on new computer in 2022? - Old one crashed

I have just recently come back to ESO, got my premium account setup fine, finally, then jumped in happily playing and today my computer crashed.

BLAH!

Fortunately I have a decent laptop that I will now be playing on. (PC NA)

But where do I start to get the launcher and then the game files? I originally bought (in 2015) the game from the website, not Steam.

    You can log into the ESO website, on the upper left screen goto your account and you can download the game client there.

    Were you able to install the ESO launcher from your ESO account page?
