How do I download and setup ESO on new computer in 2022? - Old one crashed

I have just recently come back to ESO, got my premium account setup fine, finally, then jumped in happily playing and today my computer crashed.
BLAH!
Fortunately I have a decent laptop that I will now be playing on. (PC NA)
But where do I start to get the launcher and then the game files? I originally bought (in 2015) the game from the website, not Steam.

dogshaman✭✭✭You can log into the ESO website, on the upper left screen goto your account and you can download the game client there.
