LanteanPegasus✭✭✭✭✭Almalexia's Enchanted Lantern is my standard quickslot, because there are too many places in ESO with too little light.
When waiting for dead bosses I like to lighten a campfire, juggle knifes/yarn balls, invite people to play with Wicthe's Bonfire Dust, or paint with the Wall of Life Brush (because that quest was so beautiful, if sad).
There are some more I use regularly, but these are the ones that happen most often.0 -

Benzux✭✭✭✭I have one character who has the "Wild Hunt Transform" memento on practically permanently. It lasts for several minutes, and has "perfect" cooldown to match, so can reapply it right as it ends.
Another one of my favourites is the Coin of Illusory Riches. I've had it slotted on my main ever since the Thieves Guild DLC was first released. Simple but fun.
A more recent addition is the Inferno Cleats from the Iron Atronach crates. With the new quickslot wheels, I think it's going to make me want to use them more because there just aren't enough slots for everything currently.1 -

Cherry Blossom Branch. Cause it's nice.
Egg Scramble, Star Gazer, Juggle Pumpkin, Lichen. I like the ones with an infinite animation while you're waiting for something, for example when assembling for a house tour. Lichen makes you a groupie for someone playing a musical instrument.0 -

Elswyr dragon horn after the groups come back together in Hel Ra to troll the group into thinking I blew the big horn and pulled the big pack of mobs/gargoyles.0
